Stop, Drop & Go
This program allows parents or caregivers the opportunity to drop their child/children off without having to get out of the car. Less congestion in the parking lot contributes to parking lot safety, as well as keeping siblings safe, dry and warm in their car seats. SDG is a parent run program. If your child participates in SDG, the parents or caregivers will be asked to volunteer. Usually, this involves one to two days a month. Responsibilities include setting up the cones in the parking lot, getting the children out of the cars, and directing the children to their classrooms and teachers. This equates to about 20-25 minutes on volunteer day.
